Kyler Kerr, Producer, Actor, Director

Kyler’s career is built on a culmination of experience from a variety of genres, medians, tiers, and roles. Early on, he studied as an actor and director; being introduced to the film industry with an artist’s perspective.

Once he moved to Atlanta, he began working professionally as crew. He took opportunities that would provide deeper perspective on the inner-workings of entertainment.

He was both crew and acted in the award winning Life is Strange: True Colors video game, directed music videos for Arrested Development, coordinated covid protocol on multiple studio features, and managed productions including the Tribeca spotlight narrative, Clean Hands.

Now working as a producer, Kyler approaches filmmaking with duality; understanding the ground-up logistics of movies while at the same time, respecting core creativity.

Currently, he aims to bring his creative ventures to the forefront while striving to provide experiences with lasting, meaningful impact for both those involved and the audience.

Emily Gesi, Producer, Actress

Throughout Emily’s career, she has built her reputation as a passionate, intuitive, and respected leader. Her journey began by training in cinematography; however, her attention to detail allowed her to quickly grasp the intricacies of what makes a production tick.

Realizing her talents, she changed course towards assistant directing, production management, and coordination. Her professional work began prior to graduating college, which accelerated her growth into leadership.

She has played a key role in prominent features; working with Netflix, Apple TV, and fully coordinating two Lifetime originals at once. Now working as a producer, she has built a combination of over 30 features for Fox and ReelShort.

While pursuing roles behind the camera, Emily’s involvement grew her love for the creative process. She gained opportunities as both a model and an actress; landing a lead role in All The Wrong Ingredients on Apple TV.

Her goal now is to combine her overall experience. She is able to drive a production - navigating both the team and vision towards success. The only thing that matters to her now is to use that ability towards the creation of quality stories with a voice.

Kyler Kerr and Emily Gesi

Kyler and Emily met in college at the Colorado Film School with Kyler being cast in Emily’s first student film. They became friends, co-workers, and eventually married.

Both their relationship and careers progressed simultaneously in Denver, which gave them ambition to continue their pursuits in the larger Atlanta market.

Now collectively working on over 100 productions, they have gained enough professional experience, industry connections, and insight towards birthing Anatolé Studios.

Anatolé - the Biblical Greek word for dayspring or rising dawn represents their goal towards bringing light to the world. Their values, convictions, and integrity should all be apparent in their work.

Storytelling at its core reflects the importance of human connection, which is often lost in modern times. Kyler and Emily aim to change that narrative through Anatolé Studios.

Voices from the Industry.

What collaborators and creative partners have to say about working with Anatolé: the process, the craft, and what it produces.

Emily and Kyler are a twelve-person team in a two-person package. They’re smart, savvy, kind, and possess all the intangibles required for successful and sustainable film productions. In a perfect world, I’d collaborate with them on every project.

As a director, having Kyler Kerr and Emily Gesi in your corner is one of those things that lets you take a deep breath and actually enjoy the process of making a film. These two stand out first and foremost for their integrity and work ethic. If they say something is going to get done, it will, and usually better than you expected. They understand what it means to bring stories into the world, and they respect the people, the time, and the effort it takes to do that well. I never have to worry about the details falling through the cracks because they know how to handle whatever is thrown their way. With years of experience across all kinds of budgets and productions, they know how to adapt without losing sight of what matters. They lead with compassion and competence, taking care of the stressful bits so the rest of us can focus on the creative magic. And beyond all of that, they have a genuine passion for storytelling and the human spirit that makes them a joy to work with. You really couldn’t ask for better teammates.
